You can either farm a second LR Goku or farm gems in the Quests to buy Elder Kais from the Baba shop. I like stage 21.1 for gems farming, there's a good chance you can find Pilaf or Launch on the stage, or both of them sometimes, and they give out 10 and 15 gems respectively.
